Our home health services include:

Skilled Nursing

Registered nurses specialize in individualized care by working closely with the primary care physician to develop an appropriate care plan. Our multicultural nursing staff includes Certified Psychiatric Nurses, and wound care specialists.

Certified Home Health Aides

Home Health aides provide assistance in activities of daily living. This is important in achieving optimal independence. Each aide works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Physical Therapy

Registered Physical Therapists work to help patients regain physical mobility, increase range of motion and strength to improve patient's quality of life and encourage an independent function. Therapists assist and/or train patients with gait training, use of walkers, wheelchairs, artificial limbs, etc., and pain control.

Occupational Therapy

Registered Occupational Therapists help each patient to improve the performance of activities of daily living. Activities may include eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Therapists assess the need for adaptive equipment to promote independence and functional safety.

Speech Therapy

Registered Speech Therapists provide an effective treatment program for swallowing dysfunction and speech program to facilitate communication to its highest functional level.

Social Workers

Services include educating and counseling patients and their families with personal or financial issues that can become disorganized while recovering from an illness or disability.
