Home Health of Illinois has been established for the purpose of providing home health care service.

The Agency is committed to the ideal that individuals and families have the right to participate in the decisions regarding their own health care and the way in which that care is provided. They deserve the right to remain as autonomous as possible and have the opportunity to participate in the selection of the best possible health care services in accordance with their needs. Thus, the purpose is to provide families and individuals with a safe and effective source of quality home health care services.

It is our intent to provide skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social services, home health aide service as well as the necessary guidance, education and instruction to patients and others concerned for their care.

We have a stone commitment to education and promoting an increased knowledge of home health care. We strive to educate the community, physicians and healthcare professionals about home health care and related technological advances.

The specific focus is to promote and maintain the physical, emotional, spiritual and social health of our patients. Thus providing a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to health care in the home.

Patients will be accepted for service and persons will be employed without regard to age, sex, religion, race, national origin or handicap.
